Return Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in their original packaging, and with all original tags still attached.

EU customers - Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original tags still attached

Refunds are issued within 7 business days once the returned items have been received and inspected. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear and socks if the hygiene seal has been removed or if the item has been worn.

How to register your return (EU)

  1. Register your return within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@noirblanc09.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Receive instructions. We will reply with a link to our returns portal, powered by Return Prime, and the return address.
  3. Pack your items securely. Include the packing slip or a note with your order number so the parcel can be matched to your order.
  4. Ship your parcel via a carrier of your choice. We recommend a service with track and trace.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days after registering the return.

International orders (Non-EU)

Customers outside the EU may return items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The registration process is the same as for EU returns: email info@noirblanc09.com with your order number, receive the portal link and return address, ship via your preferred international carrier, and keep your tracking receipt.

International returns may take longer to reach us:

  • Up to 14 days for transit
  • Plus 7 business days for inspection and refund processing

Do not ship returns to any other address. Parcels sent elsewhere may be refused or delayed.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Keep your shipping receipt with track and trace until the return has been processed.
  • Shipping labels and track and trace are provided by Sendcloud.

Frequently asked questions

What if I don't have a printer?
Many carriers offer printerless return options. Our returns portal will guide you to the available options for your location.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Can I return multiple orders in one package?
No. Each order must be registered separately. Returns combining multiple orders in one parcel cause delays.

Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes. Follow the standard return process and mention your exchange request when registering. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement.
