What is your returns policy? (EU)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your items for a full refund. Items must be returned in unused, unaltered condition, and in their original packaging, including all tags.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Follow the instructions in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section to start your return.
Are there any items I can’t return? (EU)
We do not accept returns for:
• Underwear, including socks.
How do I return my items? (EU)
To simplify the process and reduce paper waste, we ask customers to arrange their return directly with the courier. Follow these steps to return your items:
1. Register your return by sending an email to info@florisvbeuningen.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address via email.
3. Create a return label through DHL (or another courier of your choice). Visit the DHL website (or another courier’s portal) and follow the steps to generate your return label. You will pay the return shipping costs directly to the courier.
4. Print your return label and attach it to the outside of your package. Don’t have a printer? Choose a courier that offers printerless options.
5. Drop off your package at the courier’s drop-off point or schedule a pickup.
Important Notes
• Make sure to use the return address provided in our email after your return is approved.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
• Keep your proof of shipping to track your return and for any claims.
International Orders
Transit Times for International Returns
International returns are first shipped to a dedicated logistics hub before being forwarded to our warehouse. Please allow 14 days for the package to reach our warehouse, plus an additional 5 working days for your refund to be processed.

Many couriers, such as DHL, offer printerless options. When generating your return label, check if this option is available in your region.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Can I return multiple orders in one package?
No, each order must be registered separately via email. Returns from multiple orders in one package cannot be processed.
